Your RoleAnalyze (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process ownersSteer the modification of end-to-end business processes (including process modeling) to meet FIT4 targets of harmonization and standardization and coordinate with entity business experts on preparatory efforts, like data cleansing. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization & standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansingGenerate process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processesDefine and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup and ensure a smooth transitionDesign, own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA systemActively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/segments)With the training lead's coordination, assist in the formulation of training materials and, if necessary, deliver end user trainingOur mission is to enable business success and make ZEISS Vision fit for the future by establishing harmonized and standardized best practice processes across ZEISS.
