Senior Project Manager in the Development of Medical Robotics Products in Oberkochen, Germany We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechatronics development and product industrialization, with proven experience in managing projects from conception through to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.

Lead and manage mechatronic development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to achieve project goals
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations from the plan
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns
Ensure compliance with medical standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the project team

Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Extensive and Proven experience in project management within mechatronics in the medical field
Proven track record in the development and industrialization of mechatronic products.
Strong understanding of mechatronic systems, including hardware and software integration
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluency in English and German
